Happy to share that Good Samaritan Hospital recently celebrated the construction of the new West Tower! This 180,000 SF addition will include a new ER Department, 14 Operating Rooms, a Cancer Care Center, a new Imaging Floor and Central Sterile Processing area. O’ROURKE performed the surgical demolition of the 8 story attached parking garage working in a very tight footprint. Cincinnati’s Holiday Tree has arrived! Hailing from Litchfield, OH this massive 55-foot Norway Spruce was set in place and is now ready for decorating in time for 3CDC/Duke Energy ‘Light Up The Square’ event on November 29th when thousands will gather at Fountain Square. O’ROURKE carefully prepped and wrapped the tree to make its journey to Cincinnati. Upon arrival to town, the O’ROURKE team hoisted the holiday tree into place on the gigantic tree stand. Fountain Square's holiday tree is one of the tallest, self-anchored trees in the country. Let the Holiday season begin!

Exciting news from O'ROURKE! Our awesome Team has carefully dismantled and preserved the iconic Albee Arch at the Cincinnati Convention Center. This stunning 4-story neoclassical marble arch is a piece of our city’s rich history and was originally apart of the 1927 Albee Theater - Cincinnati’s famous movie palace. With our expertise in historical salvage, we meticulously cataloged and stored each piece for future reintegration, ensuring this architectural gem remains a cherished part of Cincinnati’s narrative.
