An O’Melveny Corporate team recently advised Centrus Energy Corp. on its private offering of US$402.5 million aggregate principal amount of 2.25% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030, which includes the full exercise by the initial purchasers of their option to purchase an additional $52.5 million aggregate principal amount of notes on the same terms and conditions.
