NYU Steinhardt EdD in Leadership and Innovation

NYU Steinhardt’s EdD in Leadership and Innovation is more than a degree. It’s a cohort of professionals working together with faculty and distinguished leaders from a range of industries who are all interested in education and learning. This rigorous, practice-based EdD is ideal for those who seek innovative thinking, new solutions, and scalable change to address their organizations’ most pressing problems. This program combines an online doctoral program that can be completed in as few as 24 months with an immersive virtual residency at the start of the cohort. The curriculum is composed of seminars, immersive experiences, research-intensive course work, synchronous class discussions with faculty, asynchronous instruction with fellow students, and independent work. The program also offers an ongoing Master Speaker Series featuring scholars from different departments and leading experts in a variety of fields.
