Its mission: to expand #climateliteracy and promote #climatejustice through the creation of public art in the NYC area. Climate Studio 2025 brings together #artists, #scientists, and #educators with #youth across #NYC. This call is open to applicants with a demonstrated interest in climate literacy or climate justice who meet the application criteria. ? We will be featuring real-life industry perspectives from two companies leading the way on EV battery repurposing: Sumreen Rattan from Moment Energy and Robert Long from Zenobē. ??EV battery circularity is a major economic opportunity on the horizon. This business model not only makes EVs cheaper by increasing their resale value, it also avoids import tariffs on batteries (unlike many foreign-manufactured virgin batteries). ??
