This week, a group of enthusiastic YouthWrap members rolled up their sleeves and assisted our community garden and NYC Parks staff! They helped clean up, pull weeds, and lay wood chips in the plant beds. Their dedication and hard work made a real difference in preparing the garden for the colder weather. They gained new skills and learned about plant care and sustainability along the way. Probation Officers earn a starting salary of $42,759 with longevity and other pay increments after 2, 3, 5, 7.5, 10, 12, 15 and 20 years of service and are required to have a Baccalaureate degree.
