This week, Team NYCM rocked our colorful, fun socks and gathered around the blackjack table in celebration of the 21st chromosome that makes individuals with Down Syndrome truly remarkable. Our neighbors at Pathfinder Village are invited to host Blackjack tables in our offices to socialize and celebrate the day with employees. We give employees the opportunity to purchase fun socks in celebration of #rockyoursocks where all proceeds go back to Pathfinder. Whether it’s through a game of 21 or a bold sock choice, each year we look forward to this event, celebrating the unique strengths that make every person shine.

NYCM Insurance is looking for Auto Damage Appraisers within our Claims Division that would provide service to our Buffalo & Rochester markets! ?? What makes a good Appraiser? Attention to detail, willingness to be the “face” of NYCM to current/potential customers, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create an accurate and detailed estimate/supplement/total loss report to both 1st and 3rd party material damage claims! Here's what our hiring manager, Jeff W., has to say about the role: “The Auto Damage Appraiser is an important customer-facing role in our organization. There are times when the Appraiser is the only NYCM representative that the customer sees face-to-face.
