As a key advisor and trusted leader, the Chief of Staff ensures that the office meets its goals and leads with innovation, agility, and commitment. Director of Intergovernmental Affairs The agency’s principal liaison with elected officials and their offices as well as other Mayoral Offices, agencies, and City Hall on matters relating to legislation and inquiries from city, state, and federal elected officials. Special Assistant The Special Assistant will oversee and coordinate all meetings, public appearances, travel, and strategic initiatives for the Commissioner. Graphic Designer The agency's designer will develop informational materials (including but not limited to ads, flyers, brochures, one-pagers, social media posts, etc.) that support MOIA’s role in providing needed services and information to immigrant communities in their languages.
