This week, we had the pleasure of hosting Keia Clarke, CEO of NY LIBERTY ??, and renowned sports broadcaster Sarah Kustok, at our Women in Power event with clients in NYC. Together, they explored the intersection of leadership, innovation and empathy in transforming organizations and encouraging authenticity. ? Keia shared the story of the NY Liberty’s remarkable transformation, from the move to Barclays Center, to reimaging the fan experience, to helping propel the team to a first-ever Championship. All of these achievements have elevated the team and redefined what success means for women’s’ sports. She emphasized how development starts with bold investments, especially in women, and the importance of leading with empathy to build confidence, create opportunities and unlock potential for long-term success. Whether in sports or finance – Keia underscored that investment in people is key to achieving big possibilities.
