As New York State’s clean energy economy develops, energy storage has a pivotal role. Integrating battery energy storage systems into the electric grid will enable clean energy from renewable sources like solar, wind, and hydropower to be stored and then made available when and where it is needed most. NineDot Energy is leading the way in the Bronx with a compact clean energy solution. This innovative battery energy storage installation brings grid benefits and decarbonization to a crowded urban area. Read more in our case study! https://on.ny.gov/4dfygAd

Climate Week NYC: It was a crazy week of events that has left me feeling simultaneously drained and energized! I learned a lot by hearing many different perspectives from world leaders, corporate CEOs, local politicians, developers large and small, investment banks, green banks, students and teachers, and many more. The main thing I am taking away from this week is comfort in knowing that I am not alone in this fight. I am surrounded by incredibly smart, capable people all working towards a common goal to solve the greatest challenge of our lifetime. I am so inspired by the work being done to think creatively, push boundaries, and expect better outcomes. As with anything, it's the people you meet that make all the difference. Thank you to everyone that shared in this experience with me and kept me going when my batteries were running low! I can't wait to see what we accomplish by this time next year! #NYCClimateWeek #CleanEnergy #Sustainability Kaitlin Butler Richard Burr Tweedy Katherine Dunn Andrea Justine Lee Kelley O’Keefe (Fairman) Trond Rokholt Konstantin Driker Meagan Gates Alberto Tardio Annalisa Ranaboldo Evan O'Connor Jason Moore Emma Bankier Ethan Forauer Anna Lulgjuraj Rosie W.
