For the past two years, we have had the privilege of building a transformative leadership experience together—supporting and elevating women leaders as they step into their power. We are deeply grateful for the incredible journey we’ve shared, the inspiring women we’ve worked with, and the impact we’ve made together. As we move forward, we are excited to expand the reach of NWILI's mission in new ways! Stephanie Shivar, ACC will be launching her leadership program in Denver and Raleigh, while the Twin Cities cohort will continue being led by Caroline Cochran, PhD, PCC, with the next program launching in September 2025. Though our paths are evolving, the commitment to empowering women remains stronger than ever.
