We visited 22 stores and helped 42 sales specialists to get ready for the holiday sales push! During these visits, the teams were familiarized with the products, and how to help the customers select the right product for their needs. We reviewed how a Lowe's credit card can help these customers make these large investments more affordable by having a budget discussion. This option is the best way to finance this type of investment. Our team provided the teams with important information regarding the installation process. By doing this, these sales specialists are able to confidently speak about the process and quality that will be provided to the customer when they qualify the customer.
