NW Angel provides its investors access to proprietary deal flow by co-investing alongside the active angels and syndication with like-minded capital partners to invest additional capital to complete rounds and sourcing follow-on capital. NW Angel works to increase the value of investments undertaken by assisting them to strategically build their corporate board, advisory board and cap table. NW Angel seeks to be a leader in developing syndication partners for the benefit of providing its portfolio companies access to additional co-investment, follow-on capital, and capital markets liquidity.
