Drs. Dan Sucato, Scott Luhmann and Brandon Ramo shared their perspective on the use of technology in surgery at #ICEOS2024. What an amazing set of presentations and discussion with an engaged audience. Key takeaways were: ? Fast 3D imaging changes the equation of cost vs. benefit of using navigation. ? It is possible to navigate and verify screws in 3D without lengthening a procedure vs. fluoroscopy. ?? Navigation definitely helps when placing screws on thin pedicles or ilia.

?? Reflecting on an incredible time at #EPOSNA! We were thrilled to host the "AI in Orthopedic Surgery: Where Are We Going?" symposium, which was met with enthusiastic participation. ?? A big THANK YOU to Dr. John Vorhies and Dr. Allen Kadado for their outstanding presentations. They shared compelling cases from spine and orthopedic surgery, illustrating how our technology is enhancing decision-making in surgery — now and in the future. Your dedication to advancing our field is truly inspiring! We’re also grateful to EPOS - European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society and Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America (POSNA) for providing us with the platform to engage with so many talented surgeons (the turnout exceeded our expectations, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding as we reached room capacity). We look forward to accommodating even more participants in future events! Special thanks to all the pediatric surgeons who visited our booth and to Lisa Last and the team back in the office for their exceptional work preparing a physical and virtual space that truly represented nView medical. Looking forward to more interactions and shared learnings with the community! #AI #OrthopedicSurgery #MedicalTechnology #PediatricSurgery cc: Cristian Atria
