We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of critical facility systems at Ft. Belvoir! This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a complex facility maintenance program. The PM will be responsible for a 1M SF facility, ensuring seamless coordination between trade personnel, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience within the last five (5) years managing O&M programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
