Meet Katie Miller. Katie Miller is the Chief Operating Officer at Nevada Community Management (NvCM), where she leverages over 15 years of managerial experience into the HOA industry. Katie has a proven track record of success, having completed two startup companies and assisted in one additional startup, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities. Katie holds a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) as well as an Association Management Specialist (AMS). Throughout her career, she has managed Developing community and fully established communities, demonstrating her ability to handle complex and demanding projects with excellence. Her strategic vision and operational expertise have been instrumental in driving growth and efficiency within the organizations she has led.

Meet Coretta Rancher. Coretta is the Chief Marketing Officer for New Vision Community Management. Ms. Rancher started in the Association Management industry nearly two decades ago assisting managers in their duties and responsibilities. While starting in an entry level position, Ms. Rancher was able to observe the good and "not so good" aspects of community management. This gave her the drive to work her way into management and eventually upper management. It also gave her the foundation for overseeing many different operations and lending her experience and expertise to a growing company. Ms. Rancher is a valuable asset to this company as well as to all of her family and friends.

Meet Debi Pike. Debi is the Chief Client Officer for New Vision Community Management. Ms. Pike has been in the community management industry for several years and built her own management company from the ground up. Ms. Pike brings a level of professionalism to NVCM that her entire team can emulate. As well, she has a professional philosophy weighted heavy with compassion and strong customer-focused skills. Ms. Pike is very family oriented and loves to spend her down time with those who are close to her.

Meet David Alessi. He is the Founder and CEO of New Vision Community Management. NVCM started as Nevada Community Management in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Alessi has been working in the Homeowner Association Industry since he attended Pepperdine and further obtained his law degree from the University of La Verne, College of Law. Mr. Alessi strives to create an environment that welcomes creativity and unity. He also works closely with his executive team to develop the best management tools for New Vision and NEVCM clients. Mr. Alessi loves to travel and see the world but keeps his feet grounded in LVNV.
