The Contractors Board recently partnered with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office to arrest a licensed contractor with an outstanding felony arrest warrant. Jon Thomas Banning, owner of JTB Landscaping, was charged with eight felony counts relating to multiple transactions involving fraud and obtaining money, property, rent or labor by false pretenses.
