Nuvodia Acquires Managed Services Provider Phreedom Technologies SPOKANE, WA. January 1, 2023?? Nuvodia, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Spokane, Washington, announced the acquisition of Phreedom Technologies (PT), based in Chandler, Arizona. Phreedom Technologies, having served the greater Phoenix market for several decades, joins forces as the Southwest service center of Nuvodia. “Our merger with Phreedom Technologies strengthens Nuvodia’s position as a regional MSP capable of serving our customers up and down the West coast. In addition to supporting full hospital/clinic-based PACS, our technology accommodates teleradiology solutions that does or does not necessitate an archive solution, allowing us to partner with sites, receive current/prior exams, and return results whether through HL7 order messages or web-based requisitions.
