Nuveen, a TIAA company’s annual EQuilibrium Global Institutional Investor Survey 2025 shows encouraging signs for the rapidly growing #CPACE market. Despite continued market volatility, there continues to be focus on environmental priorities among investors – with 88% of those surveyed planning to invest in carbon reduction and clean energy strategies. Different motivations are driving climate actions, with some investors focused on #netzero targets and others drawn by compelling risk-return opportunities. In addition, insurers have emerged as leaders in responsible investing, leveraging their scale and influence to drive impact objectives. 93% of insurers surveyed are incorporating either environmental or social impact considerations into their investment strategies.
