In addition, every membership we offer is month-to-month so if we ever disappoint you, you aren’t bound to a long-term membership. Lastly, every program we offer can be purchased without a gym membership- so if you only want to see a personal trainer, physical therapist, sports performance coach, massage therapist, or work with a registered dietitian all of these services can be a la’ carte. Our niches include: active aging, body composition changes, corrective exercise and therapeutic massage for injury, illness, or return to play, and performance enhancement for sport and active living.
