"Results show clear differences between workdays and holidays in daily activity. Workdays had higher and more consistent step counts and activity durations, reflecting routine and structure. In contrast, holidays showed more variability and higher standard deviations in these metrics. Additionally, workdays featured more low-intensity activities, which may reflect the structured and often less active nature of occupational commitments. While holidays had more high-intensity activities, shown by higher step cadences.
