Our mission is to provide critical business communication services that are reliable and cost-effective via channel partners. The customers that NUSO and our partners serve include established businesses, start-ups, hospitals, municipalities, and enterprises with services like Unified Communications or SIP Trunking. Typical NUSO partners include technology resellers, service providers, and solution providers throughout the US and Canada. Our systems enable the selling of these services with or without co-branding in private label, white-label, or wholesale formats. We believe ‘the Cloud’ is not one size fits all. NUSO offers Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud solutions to meet the needs of each customer in function, security, and application. Quality and reliability are maintained through multiple geo-redundant data centers with clustered database servers and mirrored application platforms. Our dedicated development and engineering teams build unique tools for our partners to deploy, manage, and monitor their customer’s services in real-time. NUSO partners reduce site visits or truck rolls, speed time to trouble resolution, and identify wide-area network issues before they become a problem. Services we offer include Unified Communication as a Service or Hosted VoIP (UCaaS), SIP Trunking, Collaboration, Managed Network, and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
