Volunteering: A Stepping Stone to Impact
I remember back in my school days, when a teacher would ask a student to raise their hand if they wanted to volunteer for something, like taking attendance. Even though it was a simple task, it felt like an important role to take, as it would make a big impact on your class's growth.
As nurses, we often volunteer for various tasks and initiatives, driven by our free will and the desire to make an impact.
This aligns with a key point made by our host during the recent live sessions on the "Economic Power of Care" -?"Volunteering is a stepping stone to impact." Tosin Oluwatayo
