Last weekend, I did something I hadn't done in over twenty years: I played a hockey game. It had been a long time coming, and I realized that fear had been holding me back. It wasn't until I stepped on the ice and started playing that I realized how much I had missed it. As I played, I started to think about the other things that fear had kept me from. Reaching out to my network for help, asking for a referral, or even asking for a sale. It's so easy to let fear take over and convince you that you can't do something. So today, I'm reminding you to *do the thing*. Do the thing that scares you, that intimidates you, that's out of reach, or that you think you're too old for. Because once you do, even if the results aren't what you want, it will be worth it. Don't let fear hold you back from the things you love or the things you want to achieve. Is it easy for a website viewer to become a lead? Then, dig even deeper. What does your email strategy look like? What does lead follow-up consist of with your sales team?
