This Women’s History Month, we are honored to officially announce Carolina DiGiorgio as the newest member of Esperanza’s Board of Directors! A dedicated attorney and civic leader, Carolina has spent her career advancing community development and advocacy—leading Congreso de Latinos Unidos for over six years, where she grew the organization’s budget by nearly 50%, and later serving as Chief Legal Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection under Governor Josh Shapiro. Now serving as VP of Government & External Relations at PECO, an Exelon Company, Carolina continues her work in public service and civic engagement.
