SCC prioritizes ethical and fair production—not just in the way garments are made but also in how workers are valued. In 2023, we supported SCC in providing training for employees eager to develop new skills and step into supervisory and managerial roles. Most participants in this program are women from the local community, taking a step toward leadership in an industry where opportunities matter. This initiative, rolled out in collaboration with Good Business Lab, focused on soft skills essential for leadership—because fair production isn’t just about materials; it’s about people.
