What a year! The end of the Fall 2024 Semester brings our meetings for the year to a close. Our total number of Curd Nerds rose to over 150 for this fall! Thank you to everyone who attended meetings, whether it was only once or every single week this Fall. Our new cohort of Cheese Runners brought a fresh perspective and range of cheeses. Throughout the fall semester, this group extended their legs and learned the ins and outs of food prep and sourcing, truly being the backbone of our operations. Thank you to Lena Eng, Connor Lyons, Isabel Delpha, Gavin Girard, Sophia Cannilla, and Jacob Baskind for their hard work. We produced club merchandise featuring the design selected by members during our contest this Spring. Thank you to Julia Lee for the gorgeous artwork that is now featured on our sweatshirts. Keep an eye out for them around Northeastern University's campus! Our final event of the semester was a massive coordination effort with Northeastern's Cooking Club, Film Enthusiasts Club, and Spoon to showcase the movie Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs with an array of accompanying cuisine. Additionally, this semester we had artistic exploration with Mural club and a live ricotta demonstration with Cooking Club. Thank you to all who helped with coordination, demonstrations, and enjoyment of cheese! Finally, a thank you to our CharcuteriEboard for their great work and adaptation to new roles! This includes diligently performing administrative work, flamboyantly hosting meetings, squeaky clean financials, smooth event coordination, tasty social media, and more! Let's get cheesy! See you in Spring of 2025.

Last night, at our last regular meeting of the semester, Cheese Club held our executive board elections for the 2024-2025 year. Thank you so much to current Presidents David DeRienzo and Logan Buchalter for a smooth election process. Additionally, a huge shout out to retired Presidents Tobias Van Schaick and Shaked Lotem for helping pass the torch, and of course to our departing board members Madeline Russell, Stephanie Chun, Henry Barthelemy, and Sarina Panagiotopoulos. We wish the best of luck to all graduating Cheese Club members. We are proud to announce our incoming board members for the 2024-2025 year.
