Congratulations to Craig O'Hare for his promotion to Senior Vice President, Dealer Sales and Marketing. Craig has led our dealer partner sales team in the US and Canada since 2023. He adds responsibilities for building robust marketing programs for our NTP and Premium 2000 equipment protection brands, plus innovative new programs and services introduced in 2025.?

For our truck driver customers on the road today, our call center is available until 5 PM ET. Last Saturday, NTP associates participated in the Wreaths Across America National Wreath Laying ceremony at Westlawn Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Winston Salem, NC. For the first time, wreaths were laid at every military gravesite at Westlawn and also at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory in Kernersville, NC thanks to the nearly 200 wreaths bought through the NTP WAA sponsorship. Thank you to our generous associates, dealer partners, and friends who contributed to this wonderful holiday event honoring our fallen veterans. There was a lot of activity and a few more people than normal in our Winston Salem office last Friday for a full day of work and holiday cheers! Our sales team from the US and Canada held their annual End of Year/New Year sales meeting and put the finishing touches on the innovative new programs and services we’ll introduce in 2025. One of those is an industry first Windshield Protection product that was demonstrated right in our parking lot. We are really excited about our new offerings for 2025! That evening, over 100 associates and their guests celebrated the holidays together with plenty of food, fun, and holiday cheer that of course, included dancing into the night. There was a big cheer when Geoff Stigler presented Rick Clark with a beautiful watch and plaque commemorating his 40 years with the NTP. Then, more cheering when NTP President, Kevin Hull, rewarded associates for their hard work and contributions as part of the JM Family FFID annual associate recognition day. We had a great day and got back to work this week to finish 2024 strong. Then, put the pedal down in 2025! It’s going to be a fun ride! Cheers!

The NTP/Premium 2000 team of 24 sales and management associates had a great time at the 25th Used Truck Association (UTA) Convention in Orlando. We connected with our long-time dealership and OEM partners and welcomed new relationships. We had big crowds and a lot of fun at our Welcome Cabana, Expo Booth, and Dealer Appreciation Event.
