What an incredible week at Nth’s 2025 Kickoff & Strategic Training in Oceanside, CA! ? The first day was filled with powerful insights as each division shared last year’s achievements and laid out exciting goals for the year ahead. On day two, Nth’s founders, Richard B. & Jan Baldwin, treated everyone to a day of relaxation and fun, offering a range of activities from golf, spa treatments, a team cooking class and pickleball! Plus, a special guided meditation session by Nth's own James Makil brought a sense of calm and connection to the team. ??♂?
