Last week, NTD was in Austin for the Texas Association of School Business Officials Conference. This event allows us to learn, network, and interact with one of our biggest client bases: ISDs. We’re proud to share our role in an incredible project for ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship, a place where children and adults with disabilities experience the transformative power of horses. Partnering with a repeat client, General Contractor MLGP, LLC, Architect @SSARCO of TX, and Sutton Engineering, LLC, #NTD is contributing to the renewal of the ManeGait campus. This project includes two major builds: - A 15,625-square-foot, two-story Administration Building - A 13,177-square-foot Stable Building Through value engineering with the contractor and engineer, we upgraded the Administration Building to a VRV system and optimized the Stable Building by removing split systems and wall fans—ensuring lower utility costs for years to come. We’re honored to be part of a mission that makes such a difference in people’s lives.
