The organization supports the country's architectural heritage, community development, and renewable energy initiatives through the syndication and investment in Federal and State Historic Preservation, Low-Income Housing, Renewable Energy, and New Markets Tax Credits. Since its inception in 2000, NTCIC has raised nearly $2 billion in capital for tax credit investments for over 200 transactions supporting over $7 billion in total development costs. Last week, NTCIC CEO David Clower had the opportunity to participate in a series of hard hat tours at one of our current projects: the Children's Theatre of Cincinnati, hosted by the Theatre's CEO Kim Kern. Opening soon, the renovation of the historic Emery Theatre will create a new state-of-the-art venue for performances for children and families and offer arts education for children of all ages and backgrounds. We are proud to support this project and look forward to seeing this historic organization thrive in its new home as it continues to enrich the surrounding community.
