This week, NTCA CEO Shirley Bloomfield was named the first recipient of the Women’s Tech & Telecom Partnership’s Leadership in Telecommunications Policy Award. Katie Ray-Jones, CEO of the National Domestic Violence Hotline, presented Bloomfield with the award and spoke about her broadband policy leadership and work to help ISPs combat human trafficking crimes through Operation IFAST. FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel and Brookings Institution’s Nicol Turner Lee were also honored.??
