For students pursuing their education at Nova Southeastern University's Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-KPCOM), the matriculation experience has proven to be both challenging and rewarding. By combining the most contemporary teaching modalities with the newest technology, our students are assured of obtaining the most comprehensive education possible. The KPCOM is the largest medical school in Florida with two locations offering D.O. programs in both the Fort Lauderdale /Davie and Tampa Bay Regional Campuses. Along with three bachelor programs and counting, five masters, and seven certificate programs, the college has set itself apart in heath care education.

HONORING THE PATELS - Kiran C. Patel, M.D., and Pallavi Patel, M.D., who have demonstrated extraordinary generosity for the benefit of osteopathic medical education and the future of the osteopathic profession, will be receiving an American Osteopathic Association (AOA) Presidential Citation during the AOA’s House of Delegates meeting being held July 19–21 in Chicago, Illinois. Each year, the AOA president recognizes those who have made a significant contribution to the osteopathic medical profession. Through philanthropic gifts, the Patels played pivotal roles in funding a second site in Clearwater, Florida, for NSU’s Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine and helping establish the Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine.
