As Black History Month comes to a close, let's take a moment to honor the invaluable contributions of Black leaders, innovators, and communities. At NSA Storage, we remain committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is heard, and every story is valued. Together, we celebrate the past, embrace the present, and look forward to a future of continued growth, learning, and collaboration.

In March 2024, we launched the LEAD program to help our Property Managers grow professionally, focusing on key areas like Executive Presence, Individualized Development Plans, Audit Compliance, and Presentation Skills. We're excited to share that 19 team members graduated, with six becoming Certified Field Trainers and two advancing to Area Managers! The journey continues with LEAD Class 2025, welcoming 32 new participants. We’re eager to see our talented team continue to grow!

Today, we reflect on the profound legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his tireless pursuit of equality, justice, and peace. His words continue to inspire us to strive for a world built on understanding, unity, and respect for one another. At NSA Storage, we are committed to fostering a positive workplace, aligning our core values with the vision that Dr. King championed. As we honor his memory, we also reaffirm our dedication to supporting and uplifting all communities, today and every day.

This holiday season, NSA Storage is proud to announce the success of our annual Children's Hospital Toy Drive. Our team has just dropped off a generous donation of toys to Children's Hospital Highlands Ranch, to help bring joy and comfort to children in need.
