We are fortunate that, as part of the ESCO family, NRG employees enjoy meaningful benefits that extend beyond the workplace. A standout example is the ESCO Technologies Foundation Scholarship Program, which provides financial support to employees’ children, stepchildren, and grandchildren pursuing post-secondary education or training. In 2024, two NRG employees – Drew Lepple, Technical Services Manager, and Craig Ball, Facilities Manager – received Foundation scholarships for their children. Drew, pictured below with his family, shared: “My daughter and our family were delighted to learn that she received the ESCO Foundation scholarship in 2024. Just entering her senior year at Western Colorado University in the fall of 2024, the scholarship funds were a huge help in minimizing any further loans needed to reach graduation.
