During #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth, we honor the Indigenous peoples whose land we stand on. Immigrant justice and Indigenous rights are intertwined. No one is illegal on stolen land. We stand in solidarity for a future rooted in justice and inclusion.

After the Pajaro River flood devastated the town of Pajaro, CA, displacing families and damaging homes, a coalition of agencies stepped in to help residents rebuild. As a member of the Climate Justice Collaborative, the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA) partnered with local leaders to create a path forward, ensuring disaster recovery efforts are grounded in equity and community resilience.
