CVC exists to bridge the gap between the streets (homelessness) and stable housing by creating and operating transformational housing communities. CVC delivers innovative and effective solutions to homelessness: shelter that centers human dignity, empowerment of marginalized voices, and design solutions that are affordable, sustainable, and community oriented. The next CEO will join an organization of approximately 65 dedicated staff members, and report to the Board of Directors. They will be responsible for leading, growing, and developing CVC in accordance with the strategic plan. Based in Denver, Colorado, the salary range for the next CEO is expected to be within $130,000 - $150,000+ plus a generous benefits package including: 401k matching, 100% employer paid health, dental, and vision care; three weeks of PTO, holiday pay, and two months of paid parental leave.
