Novum engineered, fabricated, and installed the structural glass facade at the West Edge in Los Angeles, CA. The combination of Novum’s Point Supported Glass and Glass to Glass Systems provide a welcoming and transparent entryway to the luxury apartments. The facade spans 79’ long by 40’ tall in size. Supported with Novum’s Tension Rod System and glass fins, the facade also has stainless steel struts anchoring back to the main building column to achieve the sharp corner. #novum #facade #structuralglass

Novum recently engineered, fabricated, and installed multiple structural glass applications at the Auberge on the Park Residences in Toronto, Ontario. Multiple lobby walls were developed utilizing Novum’s Point Supported Glass System, with two matching canopies to compliment them. Novum engineered, fabricated, and installed the entrance canopies at the Arthur M. Blank Hospital in Atlanta, GA. The glazing utilizes Novum’s Point Supported Glass System. The two canopies slightly overlap, with a total depth of 174′ long by 32′ wide to provide coverage for all visitors. Novum engineered, fabricated, and installed the stunning ETFE canopy at the Sullenberger Aviation Museum in Charlotte, NC. Novum’s Stressed Skin Membrane is utilized, featuring a single layer of translucent white ETFE material. The support structure includes Novum’s Architecturally Exposed Steel System, along with extruded aluminum perimeter clamps, and stainless steel tension cables. Installation is currently ongoing at the Big Sky Resort's Lone Peak Tram. Novum’s Designer Assist process was utilized to develop the unique glass canopy at the lower terminal. The canopy will span 94’ long and 61’ wide in total size, with Novum’s Edge Clamped Glass as the glazing system. Novum collaborated with Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. and GSBS Architects to deliver a stunning freeform canopy unlike anything else in North American skiing. #novum #structuralglass
