Multiple lobby walls were developed utilizing Novum’s Point Supported Glass System, with two matching canopies to compliment them. Novum engineered, fabricated, and installed the entrance canopies at the Arthur M. Blank Hospital in Atlanta, GA. The glazing utilizes Novum’s Point Supported Glass System. The two canopies slightly overlap, with a total depth of 174′ long by 32′ wide to provide coverage for all visitors. The glass attaches to the steel overhead for the upper canopy, while the lower canopy is underslung to provide a suspended appearance. #novum #canopy #healthcare

Novum engineered, fabricated, and installed the stunning ETFE canopy at the Sullenberger Aviation Museum in Charlotte, NC. Novum’s Stressed Skin Membrane is utilized, featuring a single layer of translucent white ETFE material. The support structure includes Novum’s Architecturally Exposed Steel System, along with extruded aluminum perimeter clamps, and stainless steel tension cables. Installation is currently ongoing at the Big Sky Resort's Lone Peak Tram. Novum’s Designer Assist process was utilized to develop the unique glass canopy at the lower terminal. The canopy will span 94’ long and 61’ wide in total size, with Novum’s Edge Clamped Glass as the glazing system. Novum collaborated with Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. and GSBS Architects to deliver a stunning freeform canopy unlike anything else in North American skiing. #novum #structuralglass

Novum was contracted to engineer, fabricate, supply, and install two facades at Olympia West Hall in London, England. The first facade, spanning 800 square meters, features a bespoke steel curtain wall specifically designed to meet bomb-blast requirements. This facade incorporates clear, insulated glass with solar control coatings and ceramic frit. The second facade, covering 200 square meters, consists of an aluminum curtain wall with custom spandrel panels and clear glazing. Both facades were finished with an anodic bronze PPC coating. #novum #facade
