Today at NOVOS FiBER we take a moment to honor all those who have served this country as well as those in our own #FiBERfamily. Honoring George Karatzis, an Air Force vet (1994-1998) who served in Saudi Arabia, with unforgettable memories like singing the Air Force song on a lunchroom table under the watchful eyes of drill sergeants, restarting after every wrong note. We also honor Dustin Dvorak. He said, “From Texas to Afghanistan, the Marine Corps taught me unbreakable camaraderie and an Esprit de Corps that goes beyond words.” Thank you, George, Dustin, and all those in the armed forces for your service!

We are excited to announce that, alongside our sister company PRIME FiBER, we have successfully closed a $75M debt facility led by Woodforest National Bank, with additional support from Third Coast Bank and Sunflower Bank. This facility gives us access to up to $175M in total capital, allowing us to accelerate our mission of delivering affordable, high-speed fiber to homes and businesses, while fostering stronger connections within our communities. ? "This is a scale game, and the market is becoming increasingly competitive. We're focused on executing with the right build economics, at speed. Capital is key, and we're fortunate to have access to sizable equity and debt funding," says our CEO, Andrew Snead. ?
