Yesterday, our team had the privilege of conducting a stand down training for Novel Builders, focusing on the critical practice of Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO). LO/TO is a safety procedure that ensures dangerous machines are properly shut off and cannot be started up again before certain requirements are met. This process prevents accidental startups that could cause severe injuries and requires communication between workers. Keeping job sites safe is always our top priority, and LO/TO plays a huge role in ensuring job site safety.
