At Notch Mechanical, we are proud to support the next generation of skilled tradeswomen. The "Tradeswomen of Tomorrow" event at Franklin County Technical High School recently brought together young women interested in exploring the trades, providing them with hands-on experiences and valuable insights into career opportunities in the mechanical and construction industries. Cassandra Parker and Gabriella Lesperance, both licensed pipefitters and certified welders, did an outstanding job representing Notch at this event. ?It was inspiring to see so many motivated individuals eager to learn, connect, and take the first step toward building a rewarding career in these fields. The future is bright, and we are excited to see how these young women will shape the trades in the years to come!
