We’re technology innovators turning complex problems into high-impact solutions that make work quicker & more insightful

关于我们

From inception, NotCentralised had a vision to shift technological perceptions and demonstrate how new tech alternatives could solve modern business challenges. Our early-stage ventures included blockchain-based membership models for hospitality, tokenised artwork, and exploring blockchain's potential in implementing a central bank digital currency. We've since evolved into an innovative and agile technology company. We are known for our original thinking and development of intelligent solutions that enable organisations to radically change how they operate. We help customers to integrate disconnected processes or technologies to deliver new efficiencies. Our solutions include AI for business, financial system modernisation tools, and custom app development. We value impact, ingenuity, and community and believe visionary thinking, creative brilliance, and intuitive insights can drive transformational change. We recognise that widespread impact requires a collaborative effort behind a shared vision. It's a team sport. We drive knowledge sharing and community connections through our foundations: the Australian DeFi Association and the Data Science and AI Association of Australia.

Yesterday, Arturo R. and Mark Monfort shared a blog that explored a hard truth: no matter what you build—whether it’s SaaS, AI models, or an open-source tool—you’re ultimately in the services business. Now, we’re taking that discussion further. In our latest NotCentralised podcast, they break down how the AI space is proving this in real time: ?? OpenAI launched Deep Research ($200/month), then an open-source alternative emerged almost instantly. ?? DeepSeek challenged the AI incumbents, only to get copied and redistributed. ?? Even Sam Altman himself says you can’t just fill gaps left by OpenAI—because they (or someone else) will fill them. The game isn’t about just building products anymore. The real question is: What services do you offer around them? What unique experience do you provide that can’t be replaced? ?? The biggest winners aren’t those who get there first—they’re the ones who execute best. Just ask Apple. Watch the full discussion here: https://lnkd.in/g24cvtWP ?? What do you think—are we underestimating the speed at which AI innovation gets replicated? Let’s discuss. ?? #AI #Innovation #Execution #ServicesBusiness #OpenAI #DeepSeek #TechStrategy

We’re all in the services business—whether we realise it or not. Even if you build a SaaS product, what people are really buying is the ecosystem of services around it—support, integrations, trust. OpenAI’s Deep Research launched as a premium AI insights tool, only to be disrupted almost instantly by an open-source alternative. The lesson? Tech alone isn’t the moat—your service layer is. Instead of fighting to fill temporary gaps, the real game is riding the wave and figuring out how to deliver lasting value. The companies that win aren’t just the ones with great tech but the ones offering the best experience, workflow integration, and customer stickiness. Read more on why every business is a services business and how to stay ahead. Mark Monfort Arturo R. sike.ai Australian DeFi Association

A huge thank you to Arturo R. for featuring us in his latest article: Tokenising Dark Markets | Real Estate. Here’s the TL;DR: ?? Real estate transactions, especially in rental markets, are full of inefficiencies—fragmented data, manual processes, and a lack of transparency. ?? NotCentralised, in partnership with Redbelly Network and Hutly, tackled this by tokenising Hutly’s ecosystem, turning AUD 340M worth of agreements into blockchain-based assets, with a roadmap to reach AUD 2B. ?? Tokenisation doesn’t just digitize these markets; it makes transactions smoother, automates payments, and opens up lending beyond traditional banks. ?? However, real estate is a "Dark Market", private and lacking infrastructure - so privacy tech like Zero-Knowledge Proofs is key to keeping transactions auditable but confidential.
