"When one is hurting, we all are hurting." That's the only phrase I can think of as we grieve with the Williams and Braun families over Chloie's death. The Williams family has been a big part of Norwell baseball for decades, and they need our full support at this time.

This is a great reminder that the role of a coach is to provide the opportunity. It's up to the player to embrace the opportunity.
There’s no “Elite” programs left to pay for if they can’t get out of bed, go to class and the gym over and over again without you there to drive them. That’s not the coaches fault. This also applies to their careers.

At the high school level, coaches never ask players about their team record in summer ball. However, a coach will notice if mechanics and conditioning levels are solid.
I don’t think there’s a need to spend $500/mn on a strength coach either, but it’s definitely a better use of your money than traveling around 5-6x a Summer to play. Get your priorities straight and develop the physicality. You can still play plenty of baseball locally. #baseballadvisor #hsbaseball #baseballconsultant
