    Who guarantees your guarantee? Seriously? When eCommerce brands make promises or claims, consumers don’t always believe them. Why? Too often, guarantees are just clip art that first-time visitors are expected to trust - empty words that don’t hold weight when something goes wrong. The Boy who cried Wolf and all that. A guarantee is only as good as the entity backing it. If you rely on your brand to guarantee the customer’s experience, you’re missing a huge opportunity to build trust. That’s why third-party guarantees work — they give consumers confidence that someone else will step in if the brand drops the ball.
