I had the opportunity to attend the American Diabetes Association State of Diabetes event for #Indiana this morning. My commitment to chairing the 2025 Step Out Walk was affirmed in the facts of this disease and the showing of other leaders in this fight. - Patrik Jonsson shared Eli Lilly and Company's strategies and commitment to the fight against both #diabetes and #obesity. - Charles “Chuck” Henderson from the ADA shared the hard truths of this disease, it's multifaceted effects, and hope for the fight. - And my friend Craig Jackson was recognized for his outsized impact as last year's chair in raising awareness and money for the ADA in Indiana. Just a few familiar faces in the many who showed to support the cause: Jennifer Pferrer, Ben Conner, Jonathan S. Hirst, CSFS?, Betsy Bigler, Sarah Schmitz, Erica Rooney, Jen Nanny, Jared Sims.
