Congratulations to everyone who graduated the Foreman Leadership Certificate Program earlier this month, and thank you to our 2024-2025 Board President John Haarlow (CEO/general manager of Snohomish PUD) for being our guest speaker! ? The two-part Foreman Leadership Certificate Program is led by NWPPA instructor Elaine Dixon and supports the development of skills needed to lead operations crews in the electric utility industry. Next year, Part 1 will be offered twice—Feb. 26-28 in Anchorage, Alaska, and Sept. 16-18, in Rathdrum, Idaho. Registration for each class is open now at www.nwppa.org/events. Part 2 is scheduled for May 6-9, 2025, in Bozeman, Montana, and Dec. 2-4, 2025, in Tacoma, Washington, with registration opening soon.
