Please join us in congratulating the first graduates of our Future Utility Executive Leadership (FUEL) program! This intensive two-week program prepares the utility leaders of tomorrow by providing instruction on broad industry topics through a public power lens. As part of the program, participants teamed up to develop a five-year strategic plan and then presented the plan to a panel of utility judges.
