?? At Nabholz, inspiring the next generation is part of our mission to grow, serve, and build! Our XNA project team in Northwest Arkansas recently welcomed 46 students and four teachers from George Junior High School for an exciting tour of the ongoing XNA Terminal Building Expansion. They explored phase 1 and got a behind-the-scenes look at phase 2 demo work. ?? The best part? The group was led by STEM teacher Kieona Thomas, who interned with Nabholz over her summer break through the STRIVE program. After gaining hands-on experience on this very project, she returned to share her knowledge with her students! We’re excited to announce that XNA has partnered with Today's Power, Inc. to build a 3MW solar site that will supply all of the airport's electricity needs, making it the first airport in Arkansas to be fully powered by solar energy. Stay tuned for updates as we move forward with this exciting development.

We’re proud to be transforming the tarmac with our two-phase construction project. With Phase 1 complete, here are some of the major components we’re proud of: ??Demoed 8K SY of pavement ??Paved 28K SY of 15” concrete and 7K SY of asphalt ??Installed 500LF of new airport security fencing ??Relocated 300LF of waterline and lowered 300LF of existing communications lines ??Added new conduit, duct bank and airfield lighting Huge shoutout to Dallas Roan, Clayton Engelbrecht, Justin Smith, Charlie Dowell, Chris Blumhagen, Jason Million, Ryan Grathwohl, George Goodman and the rest of the crew for working hard out there.
