Works have been progressing well over the past few months on the new build of Portmarnock Nursing Home. Quinn Downes have been engaged for the full mechanical installation, and this week we reached another milestone with Air Source Heat Pumps being lifted into place. ?? We are pleased to announce that emeis Ireland has agreed to sell a real-estate portfolio of three Nursing Homes in Ireland worth a total value of around €56 million. ?? This is a sale and lease back agreement with Healthcare Activos. The divested portfolio includes three recently built Nursing Homes with a total capacity of 332 beds in the area's of Portmarnock, Portlaoise and Kilkenny. These facilities will be operated by emeis Ireland and we look forward to continuing to provide much needed care for residents within the communities surrounding these homes.
