Providing hope, improving quality of life, and preserving families affected by opioid and stimulant addiction.
关于我们
Northstar Behavioral Health believes we can help people affected by opioid addiction to identify and achieve goals that will help improve their lives. The primary goal and objective of the Northstar Behavioral Health residential treatment program we have developed is to reduce harms associated with illicit drug use by providing access to Suboxone, Buprenorphine, and Methadone, counseling, and access to other community-based services within our facility. Our vision is to improve the health and wellness of opioid dependent persons by providing an accessible service, which in turn will help them return to being a productive member of the community. We are a group of compassionate, client-centered, caring individuals who understand the epidemic that is Heroin and opioid addiction. We will treat those individuals in our facility through a friendly, genuine, empathetic, respectful, non-judgmental, reflective, and supportive approach to opioid treatment. We can change the lives of many, one at a time.

Daylight saving time means losing an hour, but don’t let it throw off your recovery. Changes in routine, sleep, and mood can be subtle relapse triggers. Here’s how to adjust and stay on track as we spring forward. 1?? Prioritize Sleep: Even an hour less sleep can affect mood and energy. Stick to a nighttime routine and aim for consistent rest. 2?? Plan Ahead: Feeling off? Fatigue and stress can make cravings stronger. Schedule time for self-care, meetings, or check-ins with your support system. 3?? Get Moving: More daylight = more opportunities to stay active. A short walk, fresh air, or exercise can boost your mood and help reset your body clock. 4?? Stay Consistent: Routine keeps recovery strong. Keep mealtimes, medications, and recovery practices steady as your body adjusts. 5?? Check In With Yourself: Time changes can bring unexpected emotions. Take a moment to check in — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
